"At the end of the day, I often talk to a parent of a child with a disability, and they let me know in confidence that our camp has relieved the stress of having their child “fitting” into the picture that we as a society form or define as “normal”. I also talk to parents of children without disabilities and these parents let me know that our camp gives their child insight that lets the child know all people are different and they will find different ways to do the things we all do."
